WThis is an easy take on a drink featured on a new drinks list. This is a large-volume prepared mix that's loaded with the flavours of a Christmas time, rendering it excellent for your celebration. Save the extra citrus syrup for breakfast cocktails, sweets, or for additional servings of the drink.

Makes enough for 10 people
For the Clementine Cordial (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
To make the Drink (produces 850ml, serving 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (see above)
Fresh cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Instructions
For the Cordial: Combine the listed ingredients into a saucepan, bring to a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then, take off the stove allowing it to cool down entirely. Pour to a sterilised bottle, seal and store in the fridge, it can be stored for around a month.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Mix the specified liquids in a big jug, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then strain best through a fine cloth, so it's completely strained.
To serve: Measure 85ml of your cocktail base into your stirring glass packed with ice, and stir gently for about 60 seconds to chill. Filter to a cold coupe glass or similar, decorate with the cranberries and finish with a brief mist with the mandarin essence over the top.
